We are 100% online now. When you complete your order via our website, we will pack it up with care in Washington state and send it out to you via mail.

We source high qualities teas from Asia and Africa where the farms are best-suited to grow the best tea based on climate. Those growers ship to our US-based distributor, then packaging is completed in the United States in Washington state.
